Don't let this happen to you
June 1, 2019 – It’s fun to dream. I think that is part of God’s awesome creativity that he placed within us either as a part of our spirit or of his image. Dreams are an expression of hope. It is because of the belief in goodness and joy that we even dare to dream of a bright future and a meaningful life. God help me to maintain that faith every day. Also, put me in a position where you can use my dreams to bless and teach others for your Kingdom. A dream in my heart is a wonderful thing. Seeing you at work, bringing such a dream into reality, is pure, uncontainable joy.

When you are young and single, pursuing dreams comes easy. Oh sure, you have to overcome a little fear of the unknown from time to time, but for the most part, there is nothing to hold you back. You know you have a safety net when you need it, and usually, financing an adventure is doable. The older you get, the more tied down you tend feel to being responsible and sensible, not to mention the fact that you have to bankroll your own adventures. But what if…
What if your dream of adventure was God’s actual plan? What if living your dream is His mission for your life? Nothing injects joy into your heart so much as seeing an idea, a hope, a dream, move from your mind into reality. If that statement is true, then it makes sense that nothing in your life will be more opposed by our enemy than the ideas and dreams that God has laid on your heart. I have seen many dreams in my life come and go and never become reality. Don’t let this happen to you! Write them down. Pray for them daily. Share them with someone who will encourage you.
